very sad day for my family.
I was hoping to get back there to see him, but I didn’t make it in time. uncle richard passed away last night. I don’t have any details yet. it hasn’t fully sunk in. he will be greatly missed.
I ache all over.
I’m trying to be positive, not complain, keep my head up, but I’m just exhausted right now, and really fucking wrecked.
I went to work on zero sleep after a very long night, and had a really stressful day.
I went out to blow off some steam, but 30 minutes into my third glass of whiskey, I got a call that brought me to tears (that haven’t stopped.) my favorite uncle has cancer...

this weekend kicked my ass. in both good and bad ways. artopia was lots of fun, saw murder by death, had lots of good hangs with good people, went out and bought a juicer on a whim (it’s pretty amazing, I must say), worked a bunch on a freelance project I’m pretty excited about. last night however, was awful. up until 4:30AM with a not-so-fun conversation with my boy, got zero sleep...

that’s such a weird thing to not have after 5 years, right? I mean, it’s not as though my windows are bare, I have shutters, but they aren’t pretty. my windows are not pretty. this is a problem for me.
so I guess what I’m saying is, I may post a bunch of window treatment photos for inspiration this week. I’m sorry in advance.
